In the unlikely event of the seminar being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of CPD, and Heidi Sawyer any refund will be issued to the same credit card as payment was made for the original purchase. The refund is limited to payments made direct to CPD and limited to Inspire ticket price only. CPD reserves the right to change the programme, venue and presenters should the need arise.

Q: Is it possible to split the payment?
A: Yes, we have arranged for you to be able to pay for your weekend in instalments, where payments will split 21 days apart (Excludes PayPal).
Q: What is included in the refreshments ?
A: Tea, Coffee or mineral water on arrival Saturday & Sunday. Tea, Coffee or mineral water at the morning and afternoon breaks, on both days. Set lunch on both days may be purchased as an extra.
Q: Is there parking at the venue and how much does it cost?
A: Yes, we have arranged concessionary parking at the venue, please show your parking ticket at the reception desk on departure.
Q: Are there taxis to the venue from the airport?
A: Yes, but there is a shuttle service directly to the hotel every 10 minutes.
Q: Can I pay by PayPal?
A: Yes, but we are unable to accept installment plans, the full price has to be paid at time of purchase.
Q: Is there a charge for paying in installments?
A: Yes, but only the banking charges we are charged to process the payments which is an average of a few pounds
Q: I would like to stay in the hotel, is that possible?
A: Yes, however we ask you to speak to the hotel of your choice and make all bookings with them directly. We have no preference to any hotel, so please feel free to book anywhere.
Q: Is the hotel offering special rates for conference delegates?
A: Yes. The hotel has allocated us a number of rooms for the event, so the sooner you confirm your room booking the more likely you will be able to guarantee that you will be in the same hotel. Quote CONF/100312 book direct with the hotel.
Q: I notice the hotel has a pool and spa, can I book this through you?
A: No, please arrange any additional activities directly with the hotel.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: 21 days prior to the event with a £10 admin fee or 100% transferable to another CPD event.
